A home you can afford—and keep.

Counseling, self-help, farmworker housing.

Rural Central Florida · since 1978

Three ways in.

You don’t need the program name. Pick what sounds like your situation — each one starts with a person, in English, Español or Kreyòl ayisyen.

  1. Two FNPH counselors standing at the front of a community room while residents take notes at a first-time homebuyer workshop.

    Housing counseling

Buying a first home, fixing your credit, or behind on a mortgage — a HUD-certified counselor works out what comes next with you.

  2. Five people painting a half-finished self-help house together: one steadying a long roller against the eaves, others holding paint cans beside a ladder.

Built by the families who live there

    Self-help housing

An affordable home you build and keep — families raising their own homes alongside neighbours, sweat equity counted as real work.

  3. Single-storey duplex apartments along a drive at Azalea Apartments in Bowling Green, Florida.

    Farmworker housing

Rent, utility and move-in help for farmworker families. Only head-of-household ID is ever needed, and no copies are taken.

Ask us to call you English · Español · Kreyòl ayisyen

Farmworker program

We call you back.

A farmworker carrying a full bucket of tomatoes on his shoulder along a row at harvest.
Six rural counties, in the seasons the work runs.

Leave a name and a number and a person calls you — in English, Español, or Kreyòl ayisyen.

You don’t need the program name, and you don’t need paperwork to start.
